A very good service. We enjoyed both courses although Santa da Serra suited us both better. There were no issues at either course. Both were expecting us on the days/times agreed. Would use the service again when visiting Madeira or other parts of Portugal. Thank you for your help.

Great service from you guys as always. Only negative comment about the Pestana courses were the lack of buggies. We were delayed teeing off at Gramacho as no buggies were available. Only a 15min delay so no problem but it seemed odd given size of the clubs.

Everything was fantastic the only bit of feedback was from the Faldo course. We were paired up with two members and it spoiled it a bit for us. They were very good (low handicap) and it put a lot of pressure on my son who plays off 26. I think it was because it was so busy, but it would have been good to know in advance that we would be paired up. Overall the courses were good with the exception of Castro Marim although it was the cheapest course we played it was overpriced for its condition. From our original booking to our very last transfer the service was excellent. We had our own villa and so booked all of the golf and transfers with Marisa at Tee times. We had several changes along the way but as always it was all sorted quickly and without any fuss (Thank you Marisa). Every pick up was bang on time and all of the drivers were brilliant, leaving cards and numbers with us at every course in case we wanted to change our pick up times. Everything about the Tee Times service was 5 star. We even contacted Tee times on the last day and booked our airport transfer with them after our original transfer went wrong, again they were brilliant.

This year again a golf trip to Portugal, near Peniche/Obidos, was organized for a group of friends. I reserve the hotel and local restaurants in the Peniche area myself. Our golf package booking request was handled in a very efficient way and in near real time by the Teetimes operator. The proposed tee times on the Almenara and Reserva golf courses met our expectations and the whole booking process could be concluded within 2 days. For the first time ever the Luna Hotel did not provide a free shuttle service to Laguna on the Saturday after arriving. We were charged 44 eu for 5 people as the New rule is that the booking needs making by 10pm on the previous night. We were not aware of that rule change.

Golf tee times are easy to book on the teetimes.pt website. However, we found the prices of the golf courses far too high. The price of golf carts is excessive, especially as they are in poor condition and some have non-functional gps. Packages or advantageous memberships should be offered to meet the needs of golfers who are in Portugal for long periods (between one and three months - long stay).

Everything went smoothly apart from transfers to and from courses. We had to hire a private taxi back from Laranjal as return transfer did not turn up. Transfers were late most days. Hotel was great - good service. Courses overall were excellent apart from Vale Do Lobo Royale - in the worst shape I have seen it. Poor tees, poor bunkers and greens were shocking. The rest were excellent

Very good experience, easy to use and could book even the day before, vouchers in the system on arrival so very user friendly. Vale do Lobo courses were excellent, also the staff and the off course facilities. Dom Pedro Laguna needs to sort out their greens, were not very appealing and spoilt the experience, Millennium was better but not as good as in previous years. Just one change would be good, the areas for choosing were quite small, would be great to be able to put in preferred tee times and search a wider area to see what was free, otherwise very good.

Overall very positive experience, golf course selection is a bit cumbersome compared to some sights in terms of selecting courses and would be good to have some filters for example tee time based to see what is free. Service was very efficient, prices competitive and response very quick. Best courses were Vale do Lobo Ocean and Royal, both were in excellent condition and the facilities around them also very good both before and after the rounds.

I was very pleased by the way Marisa organised my trip. The transfers were very prompt and on time. On the down side was the fact that we couldn't pre-book buggies for Silves and Pinta. At Vale da Pinta there were no buggies available and we were forced to walk and with two of us with heart conditions made it really hard. Also slow play meant Silves and Pinta were 5+ hours per round. However, I must thank Marisa for a very professional service.

It would be fantastic if you create an app for booking a golfcourse. Before my vacation I plan courses for the first week. No problem at my laptop. But when I want to book it during my stay it's a little more difficult with the mobile phone. Maybe there is already an app but I could not find.

First time using teetimes. Excellent service throughout even when booking quite late, our requests were met efficiently. We had a number of options and had to adjust dates, but all was sorted for us. The golf transfers were flexible also, having changed pick up times on the day directly with Algarserra. I knew the hotel (Dom João 11) was very good having been there for the last 10 years. We used teetimes to book 2 x 5 green fees on Gran Canaria, Meloneras, great, Anfi Tauro, interesting, Maspalomas, ok but boring (also played Salobre, old very nice ,don’t play new it’s ridiculous.) The courses were very mixed in terms of standard with the Old course was by far the best. Millenium was in good overall condition and was 2nd best Laguna was poor all round although a good layout Pinhal was again a good layout but the greens were poor and the worse condition of all the other courses. We had a great time and really enjoyed the golf and Vilamoura was a great base.
